Key Qualifications:


•Recently completed an investment banking analyst program, demonstrating exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

•Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.

•Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategies with precision and focus.

•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively.

•High degree of ownership, initiative, and a willingness to dive deep into details while maintaining focus on the big picture.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values agility and execution.

•Strong organizational and project management abilities, balancing multiple priorities with ease.


What You’ll Do:


As Vessel Technologies, you’ll play a central role in driving growth, strategy, and execution across our expanding pipeline of projects. From market analysis to deal structuring and project delivery, you’ll partner with senior leadership to bring visionary housing solutions to life.

•Analyze, structure, and execute real estate acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures.

•Develop sophisticated financial models and forecasts to evaluate opportunities and support decision-making.

•Conduct market research and due diligence to identify high-impact development opportunities.

•Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align design and operational goals with budgets and schedules.

•Track performance metrics and proactively resolve risks to keep projects on time and within budget.

•Prepare compelling presentations and reports for senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.

•Continuously innovate and optimize processes to accelerate speed, efficiency, and quality across projects.


Education & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree required.

•Recently completed an investment banking analyst program.


Additional Requirements:

•Willingness to work in-person in New York City.

•Passion for design, sustainability, and rethinking the built environment.
