Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Manufacturing Engineer to lead efforts to optimize and innovate Vessel’s manufacturing operations. This role spans both factory settings and construction sites, with a focus on leveraging lean manufacturing principles to transform the building process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using manufacturing techniques to disrupt traditional construction paradigms and will be enthusiastic about traveling to various sites to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity across factory operations and construction sites.
Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Implement and refine lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.

On-Site Engagement: Visit construction sites to evaluate and improve on-site manufacturing techniques and provide hands-on support.
