We are seeking a Manager of Measurement to drive advertising research and measurement solutions to support Vevo's Ad Sales organization. The ideal candidate will work cross functionally with Sales, Data Analytics, Data Science and our vendor partners to understand client measurement needs, support the development of a forward-thinking measurement strategy, and use data to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of Vevo as an advertising network.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York City office.
As a member of our team, you will:- Manage Vevo’s advertising research efforts, working closely with the Director of Measurement to drive Vevo’s overarching measurement strategy
- Manage campaign-level measurement (particularly Brand Lift studies) from end-to-end, collaborating across internal teams to ensure successful measurement implementation and execution
- Present findings on client calls, translating campaign learnings into actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Develop and maintain Vevo’s library of case studies and data trends (campaign results, audience reach, incrementality, etc.), identifying meaningful stories and insights for Sales and Marketing stakeholders
- Manage the day-to-day relationship between Vevo and various measurement vendors (i.e., Nielsen, DISQO, Kantar), ensuring maximum value is derived from each partnership
- Keep a pulse on the evolving media and measurement landscape, evaluating potential new partners and solutions that best fit our advertising clients’ needs
This describes you:- You have the ability to translate data analysis into actionable insights and strategies, effectively communicating them to both internal teams and clients
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify key factors that influence media performance and develop solutions that align with business objectives
- You have experience with direct client engagement, with the ability to guide client actions while representing technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- You have experience managing 3rd party measurement vendors through the full partnership lifecycle, from contract negotiation to project execution
- You are detail-oriented, with the ability to read and interpret complex data sets
- You are able to work independently and problem solve as well as effectively collaborate with internal and external teams
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in media and advertising research, with a focus in digital and/or streaming video (CTV) campaign measurement and optimization
- Familiarity and experience with 3rd party measurement vendors and solutions (i.e., R/F, Brand Lift, Tune-in, Sales Lift), syndicated audience measurement tools (i.e., Comscore, TVision), and ad server data (GAM, FreeWheel)
- Expertise working with Brand Lift solutions such as DISQO and Kantar, with awareness of alternative solutions for walled garden platform Brand Lift measurement
- Experience in data analysis and statistical techniques, with knowledge of data processing and visualization tools (i.e., Looker) and statistical software (i.e., SPSS or SAS) a plus
- A deep understanding of the US media landscape, advanced measurement technologies and methodologies, and current trends and challenges shaping the media industry

The pay range for this position is: $95,000-$110,000 per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.
This is a full-time position based on-site/in our NYC headquarters. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
