Summary/Objective:
Reporting to the Art Director, the Styling Manager is an innovative and detail-oriented individual focused on leading the creative styling efforts for VICI. The Styling Manager will oversee all aspects of styling for product photography, campaigns, and digital content, ensuring the brand’s aesthetic and personas are consistent across platforms. You will maintain seasonal style guides and styling guidelines to uphold elevated styling that drives product sell through and conversion. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing and merchandising, to curate compelling outfitting in support of merchandising themes.
Essential Functions:
•Styling Leadership – develop and maintain the brand’s styling guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual assets
•Style-out and present to the CMMO - weekly lifestyle looks and lead review and sign off process alongside the Art Director and Producer.
•Partner with the Sample Manager, Sample Coordinator and Producer to make sure all product is delivered on time to complete the style outs.
•Oversee prep of all garments and accessories to ensure all items are photo ready.
•Maintain and update styling guides based on learnings with the CMMO’s direction to translate how styling should be executed on set.
•Play a key role alongside the Producer to implement time and pacing on set, working efficiently
•Manage dressing the models in a timely manner to meet productivity goals.
•Research and stay on top of current and emerging trends.
•Present creative styling ideas, references, and inspiration to the CMMO as part of monthly Brand marketing plans.
•Request any necessary pulls & shipments prior to shoots for any additional styling items.
•Build and maintain a styling closet with high stock “Style It With” pieces – partner with sample manager and producer – as support.
•Keep database of “Style It With” pieces and connect with merchandisers on updating the website with styling items.
•Constantly assess current ways of working then drive and develop new processes that streamline existing processes.
•Edit and make selects on set.
•Alongside the Art Director, be a voice of authority on set to shepherd the correct brand aesthetic and guide the teams to ensure guidelines are followed.
