Sales Development Representative

Companies invest over $340 billion annually in employee training—around $1,500 per employee. To enhance engagement and skills transfer, enterprises are turning to immersive training solutions. Virti empowers these companies with AI and XR technologies, reducing costs tied to traditional methods while improving outcomes through realistic, scenario-based training.



About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Virti, you’ll be on the front lines of revolutionizing how organizations train and grow their teams. You’ll craft bold outreach strategies, spark meaningful conversations with high-value enterprise prospects and play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint.

We’re looking for a SDR with creativity, grit, and tech-savviness to make a direct impact on another year of 100% growth. Although the role is UK based and fully remote - we’re looking for individuals who are initially able to attend our Bristol based office one day a week.  So, if you are ready to help shape the future of learning, we’d love to have you on board.



What you'll do
  • Research & analyze prospective target accounts, identifying high-potential prospects that would be a good fit to work with Virti. 
  • Plan, build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through calls, emails and social media to generate a healthy pipeline of enterprise organisations. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing to influence go-to-market and account-based marketing strategies. 
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential. 
  • Maintain great Hubspot hygiene, keeping Contacts and Company records up to date, testing and executing sequences, and where possible using AI and automation to streamline the prospecting process. 
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams at Virti to improve how we win, onboard and support our customers. 


Who you are
  • A curious and highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable and thrives working in a remote environment and taking the initiative.
  • Experience in owning and developing the outbound sales process and improving performance through experimentation and data. 
  • Prior experience of 18-24 months as an SDR/BDR and understands the grit, determination and resilience the role requires. 
  • Prior experience in the Learning Technology, EdTech or Immersive industries isn’t mandatory but favourable. 
  • A lifelong learner, someone who seeks out feedback, is highly-coachable and autonomously improves their own performance through research and experimentation. 
  • Experience using Hubspot is advantageous with a focus on detail.
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision in a high-paced environment.
  • An ideal candidate will embody our values of being ‘Bold, Fast, and Amazing’ and be passionate about executing the art and science of selling and understanding how people buy software products in the 21st century.
