Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage new business opportunities via cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified leads
KPI-Driven Execution
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and conversion targets
- Track performance metrics and take full ownership of outcomes
CRM & Process Management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and handover processes
Market Awareness
- Understand the ideal customer profile and tailor messaging to resonate
- Stay informed about trends in the industry and adjust outreach accordingly
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of outbound SDR or B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to hunt for leads and close meetings
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- KPI-driven with a consistent track record of performance
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Based in South Africa and able to work UK hours
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in or with a recruitment or staffing agency
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo)
- Exposure to UK or international markets
