Team Summary
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's clients, including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
Within VCA we have a dedicated service line, Visa Managed Services (VMS) with specialized experts who are routinely embedded into clients to offer hands on execution support. From our collective experience we have amassed an extensive set of best practices we leverage to help partners manage customer relationships, portfolio levers and product development.
What an Associate Analyst does at Visa:
We are currently looking for a marketing consulting associate analyst to lead marketing execution engagements as project team member, enabling the clients to grow further across their payment business.
Specific responsibilities include:
Projects you will be a part of
Potential projects could include managed services to support client’s long term business journey, marketing strategy development and marketing campaign execution, new business/product/service development and execution, optimization of client customer experience and supporting processes.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications
Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
What you will need
-A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or communications
-1 to 2 years’ experience in marketing from the issuer or fintech side
-Proficiency in analysing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and stakeholders
-Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
-High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project execution.
-Ability to identify issues and develop solutions to overcome challenges in the project
-Ability to develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with business goals
-Business level English proficiency

-Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, CRM systems, analytics tools)
-Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or PMP (Project Management Professional) can enhance credibility and skills
