As a Project Manager for the Digital team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects with various stakeholders, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will have experience in Agile project management methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum, and will be skilled in fostering team collaboration, quality assurance, and efficiency.
You will be an advocate for best project management practices, driving process improvements, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Reporting to the Director of Digital Delivery, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Engineering Manager, Product Owners, Business Analyst/s, and other key stakeholders to drive project success. Additionally, you will have experience working with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and project alignment with business needs.
As an Agile leader, you will focus on continuous improvement, fostering a high-performing team culture, and championing the delivery of high-quality projects that add value to the business. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines across multiple projects while maintaining high standards of execution. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance twice a week.
