Service Provider Management/ Supply Chain Intern - 2025 Summer Internship Program

Vixxo is seeking a a Service Provider Management/ Supply Chain Intern to join our Summer 2025 Internship Program at our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Summer Internship Program 2025

* Internship will run for 8 weeks, June 2nd – July 25th

* 32 hours per week Monday – Thursday

* Paid Program

Role & Responsibilities:

This Intern will support our Service Provider Management and Supply Chain teams in our 2025 goals and company initiatives. The Intern will work closely with a number of different team members who will manage their productivity, adherence to processes, quality of output, and overall completion of tasks assigned to them.

Other Responsibilities May Include:

• Gather, analyze, interpret, and summarize data from various sources to prepare statistical and analytical models
• Various service provider target communication reach outs and ZenDesk ticket routing and resolution
• Rate issue resolution
• Provide deep dive analysis for cross-functional teams to address their analytic needs
• Collaborate within the Supply Chain department as well as cross-functionally to build strong internal network and gain exposure to multiple departments within the company
• ORMB file creation for new service providers and ORMB updates for existing service providers
• Execute service provider coverage changes
• COI validation and entry into Siebel
