IS Telecom Provisioning & Order Management Specialist

As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks for an IS Telecom Provisioning & Order Management Specialist.

As a Telecom Provisioning Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end provisioning process between our CRM/POS and billing systems. Although these systems are developed and supported by third-party vendors, you will play a crucial intermediary role, ensuring smooth integration, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main IT liaison between our third-party CRM, POS, and billing system vendors, ensuring seamless API-driven provisioning
• Oversee and optimize service activations and modifications using RESTful APIs, JSON, and system automations
• Monitor data flow integrity, troubleshoot provisioning issues, and collaborate with external vendors for resolution
• Work closely with Product, Telecom Network, and Operations teams to ensure provisioning aligns with business and technical needs
• Continuously identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of related working experience
• Experience in IT system integrations, telecom provisioning, or API-based workflows
• Hands-on expertise with APIs, JSON, XML, and system automation
• Familiarity with CRM/POS and billing system interactions (Salesforce knowledge will be considered a plus)
