Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic CTO to serve as the primary point of contact for all technical and data-related matters. In this role, you will drive our technology and data strategy at the highest level, ensuring scalability, architectural integrity, and excellence in our complex Data Science initiatives.

• Acting as the main technical and data liaison, overseeing all technology and data-driven strategies.
• Scaling and leading our technology and data teams while maintaining highest quality standards.
• Defining and architecting a robust, scalable system infrastructure to support rapid growth and global expansion.
• Driving complex Data Science projects, including the development and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models.
• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy, security standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Mentoring and inspiring a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and technical professionals.
• Communicating the technology vision to stakeholders and aligning technical strategies with business goals.

• Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, GitHub actions, and ArgoCD.
• ETL: Airflow, DBT
• Backend: Go, Node.js (NestJS, Nx, Typescript)
• Database: Spanner, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• iOS: Swift, Combine, SwiftUI, SPM, Swift Concurrency, MVVM
• Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Room / Sqlite database, Flow / Coroutines
• ETL: Airflow, DBT
• Product Analytics: Amplitude
• Data visualisation: Hex, Tableau

• 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with deep expertise in both engineering and data science.
• Proven ability to scale and manage teams while upholding high standards of quality and excellence.
• Extensive experience in system architecture design and managing complex projects
• Strong leadership skills with a talent for bridging technical, product, and business perspectives.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data privacy regulations and security standards.
• A strategic, innovative thinker with a passion for driving technical excellence.
