    Job Description

    Are you passionate about prospecting and developing new B2B markets?

    Are you excited about the idea of reaching out to potential clients and creating new opportunities? If so, this position is made for you!

    VOSKER is looking for a B2B Business Development Representative to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

    About the role:

    • Focus on growing and retaining the B2B client portfolio and managing the full sales cycle:
    • Acquire new B2B clients using our Dialer technology and sales and marketing strategies by prospecting targeted companies in Canada and the United States.
    • Research and identify potential clients, generate leads through various channels (such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns), and qualify B2B leads for sales opportunities.
    • Develop a client pipeline to meet and exceed established sales objectives and KPIs, ensuring sales activities in the CRM tool are regularly updated.
    • Occasionally attend B2C and B2B trade shows in Canada and the United States.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and prospecting in a call center environment.
    • Experienced in navigating B2B markets and developing new markets.
    • Experience in managing client portfolios and tracking assigned accounts.
    • Proficiency in CRMs and marketing campaigns.
    • Solution-oriented and success-driven mindset, able to creatively solve client challenges.
    • Proven negotiation skills and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Curious and always seeking new opportunities and innovative ways to grow.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce, Genesys, Dialer, and Netsuite software.
    • You possess strong English skills (with frequent interactions outside of Quebec) and are proficient in French (which is an asset).
