Position Description:


We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Human Resources Team to improve infrastructure in our Taylor office. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and have zero to five years of related experience. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 90 days of employment.


Typical responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with team of recruiters to understand position requirements and develop strategies to attract top talent
  • Routinely identify and implement new and creative ways to source and recruit viable candidates
  • Leverage existing database licenses to source and engage with talent pipeline
  • Utilize your experience with various aspects of recruiting including, but not limited to, social networking, internet sourcing, candidate mining and connections to professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines 
  • Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional methods including extensive use of social media platforms and in-depth internet searches
  • Conduct technical candidate interviews
  • Screen, assess, and forward resumes to hiring teams 
  • Develop candidate profiles for applicants and sourced candidates 
  • Utilize and maintain recruiting software including but not limited to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Prepare regular reports to the recruiting team and hiring managers detailing progress related to sourcing and offers
  • Develop job descriptions and maintain in an ATS 
  • Contact and source potential candidates via cold calling 
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve recruiting processes 
  • Maintain a safe working environment


Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related 


Skills/Experience
  • Zero to five years of experience in an HR and/or recruiting environment
  • Basic knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) 
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred
  • Experience with Lever ATS and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus!
  • Experience with cold calling is preferred
