Business Analyst

We are searching for a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our decision-making process, turning large volumes of data into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will help track business results, shape product strategy, and drive business success.

●      Conduct in-depth industry research and provide specialized analysis.

●      Benchmark industry trends and deliver actionable operational insights.

●      Collaborate on the analysis and development of strategic documents.

●      Convert raw data into actionable insights and assist in presenting findings to senior management.

●      Continuously monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, providing regular reports.

●      Contribute to the development and execution of strategies.

●      Participate in internal meetings and develop creative solutions aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

●      Strong understanding of strategy and growth concepts.

●      Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.

●      Proactive, inquisitive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

●      Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Excel or SQL).

●      Excellent team collaboration skills.

●      Advanced documentation and reporting skills.

●      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●      A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Development, or similar positions.

●      Knowledge of the fintech and financial industry is a plus.
