Senior Sales Specialist

Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Specialist at our Wallex subsidiary active in international trade and export, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives across domestic and international markets. You will use your experience and market insight to lead strategic sales efforts, build lasting relationships with key commercial clients, and identify new export opportunities. Your main focus will be on maximizing sales performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction in a highly dynamic trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the trade and export landscape, aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
    • Develop and manage relationships with high-value clients, understanding their commercial needs and offering customized export solutions.
    • Provide mentorship to junior sales staff, enhancing team capability through training and day-to-day guidance.
    • Research international market trends, trade regulations, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and high-potential regions.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients and partners, highlighting the company’s capabilities in sourcing, logistics, and export compliance.
    • Lead contract negotiations and deal closures, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to after-sales support and client retention.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, compliance, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of client transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in international trade, logistics, or export-focused industries.
  • Strong understanding of trade cycles, export documentation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s is a plus.)
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in export, international trading, or commodity sales.
    • Strong knowledge of export processes, international shipping, customs regulations, and trade documentation.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships across cultures.
    • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in competitive and cross-border markets.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Fluent in English and Persian (both written and spoken); additional languages such as Arabic or Turkish are a plus.
    • Ability to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally, based on business needs.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
    • Team player with leadership potential and the ability to mentor junior team members.
