You’ll make an impact by…
Providing assistance to the department with calendars and organizing meeting activities by helping supervisor(s) or team with scheduling, maintaining, and updating calendar events; resolving scheduling conflicts; responding to requests for scheduling and meetings; assisting with planning and coordination of department or divisional activities and meetings; and managing, maintaining, and scheduling meeting rooms.
Utilizes business and process knowledge to provide assistance with communications (for example, electronic, verbal, written) by answering, reviewing, directing, and transferring calls; taking messages; evaluating and resolving caller requests, issues, and questions; ensuring discretion and confidentiality in communications; drafting, proofing, and updating presentations using computer software; composing and organizing written, email, and other electronic communications (for example, memos, vendor responses) at the direction of others; and managing communication and follow-up against set standards.
Provides assistance to the department with data management by utilizing computer programs and software to prioritize, compile, validate, and maintain data and information in documents, business tools, and electronic forms; researching and resolving data errors; identifying and escalating data patterns, trends, risks, and concerns; maintaining security and confidentiality of information; and creating presentations, reports, and templates.
Assists with department operations by listening to and resolving requests; evaluating and submitting supply requests within department budget; ensuring office equipment is maintained; acting as a coordinator or liaison for visiting associates and guests; receiving, interpreting, and processing invoices and expense reports against a standard; planning and preparing for key events or dates (for example, new associate onboarding, evaluations, people-related activities); monitoring deadlines, and communicating between relevant partners; scheduling travel-related activities; and coordinating and monitoring completion of department or business-related processes.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
3 years’ work experience in a professional office or legal environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
Experience in a legal environment.
