We are looking for an experienced Compliance QA Engineer to join our team in Belgrade to work on preparing the game for first-party submission for the latest generation of game consoles (PlayStation, Xbox).
Complete certification testing process to ensure that products are prepared for a predictable first-party submission for the two main platforms (PlayStation, Xbox)
Flag main certification issues and provide context supporting their severity
Communicate any certification testing blockers to development and operations teams and provide consultation towards expected resolution
Review, audit, and track certification bugs
Manage bug reports and updates to the requirements and policies from each platform
Submit game updates for certification and manage issues during this process
Software or games testing experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with platform compliance analysis at the development stage
Experience with acquiring platform requirements exceptions/waivers and feature design approvals
Knowledge of bug database systems and tools, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing process
Native or Professional working proficiency in English
Strong attention to detail, the ability to analyze complex game systems/mechanics, and the ability to communicate problems effectively
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Experience working with laws, policies or regulatory affairs or relevant education
Previous QA experience within the video games industry
Knowledge of first party submissions and certification testing policies (PlayStation, Xbox)
Experience working with applications built for Xbox and PlayStation
Passion for video games
