Editorial Department

In the Editorial Department of We Are Social, creative and executive skills come together, capable of ideating, conceptualizing, executing, and managing content and creative campaigns for high-level clients. The constant synergy and mutual fertility with the Strategy and Client Services team enable the creation of a distinctive and impactful presence on our clients' social channels, ensuring a high level of creativity and storytelling.

Role purpose

Are you a content whiz with a passion for social trends? As a Jr Content Strategist, you’ll craft smart strategies that engage audiences and hit marketing goals. You'll stay on top of social trends, ensure content shines across all platforms, and collaborate with teams in an international creative agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic research and analysis to understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviours.
• Assist in developing comprehensive content strategies that support marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure content quality and alignment with strategy.
• Support content performance monitoring and basic data analysis.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content strategy and digital marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Passion for social media landscape and brand communication on socials.
• Cultural awareness and familiarity with social media trends.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
• Deep interest in content marketing principles and best practices.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Contract and Remuneration:

• 6-month full-time internship (40 hours per week).
• €800 net monthly salary.
• €5.29 meal voucher for each working day.
