About the team:
At Web Summit, our people are at the centre of everything we do. So it makes sense that our People Operations team (HR, Internal Comms, Recruitment, Environment & L&D) are focused on supporting them by championing a diverse culture, nurturing learning and development, and finding the brightest minds to join us from around the world!
We attract world-class talent; develop and execute numerous projects to improve processes like onboarding, learning, and development; provide strong administrative support to the rest of the business; and just add fun to our working lives!
We are now looking for a Sales & Onboarding Training Associate to join the team and be influential in supporting our staff with L&D in multiple global regions.
