We’re looking for a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of working with digital marketing data across multiple platforms. This is a hybrid role that blends digital analytics with marketing performance analysis—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Platform Analytics
- Analyze data across web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics) as well as MarTech/AdTech sources such as CRM systems, ad platforms, surveys, and email campaigns.
- Consolidate data from multiple digital channels to provide a unified view of marketing performance.
2. Advanced Data Querying & Processing
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from tools like BigQuery or other cloud databases.
- Clean, normalize, and merge datasets from disparate sources to support robust analysis.
3. Performance Measurement & Insights
- Evaluate marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Translate complex data into clear business insights to inform strategy, improve ROI, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
4. Dashboarding & Visualization
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Present insights in a clear, visual, and actionable format tailored to different stakeholders.
5. Marketing Metrics Expertise
- Analyze and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, and more.
- Align performance metrics with overall business and marketing objectives.
6. Testing & Statistical Analysis
- Apply basic statistical methods including A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
- Interpret results to guide data-backed decision-making.
7. Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and data engineering.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking
- Use critical thinking to identify trends and anomalies, offering proactive recommendations.
- Drive innovation through creative, data-driven solutions.
9. Continuous Learning & Adaptability
- Stay updated on emerging MarTech/AdTech tools and trends.
