Product Manager- PM

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product requirements to the engineering team, focusing on the why and what, while allowing design and development teams to determine the how.
• Engage closely with customers and stakeholders, building empathy and ensuring clear communication of their needs.
• Align cross-functional teams including Customer Success, GTM, and Development by articulating product decisions and trade-offs effectively.
• Act as a product evangelist, driving awareness and understanding across internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations to expand the product portfolio and enhance the overall vision.
• Ensure timely and successful product launches, coordinating across teams to maintain schedules and quality standards.
