We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Senior Revenue Technology Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging marketing, sales, and customer success by leveraging data, tools, and systems to drive scalable revenue growth. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution—building infrastructure, optimizing processes, and ensuring all revenue teams operate efficiently and are aligned toward common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on strategy, ensure data integrity, and support revenue enablement initiatives. Serve as a systems expert and connector between departments to ensure seamless information flow and unified GTM (Go-To-Market) execution.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks, leakage, and growth opportunities across the customer journey. Offer strategic recommendations based on your findings to improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance against KPIs such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and revenue forecasts. Use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility.
  • Tool & Tech Stack Management: Lead the implementation, integration, and administration of sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo). Ensure tools are properly configured to support business needs and revenue objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate, refine, and document workflows and processes to drive operational excellence across the revenue cycle. Propose scalable solutions that minimize manual work and maximize team productivity.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct regular training and enablement sessions for revenue teams on the effective use of tools, systems, and best practices. Create documentation and SOPs to maintain consistency and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B revenue funnel and experience supporting cross-functional GTM teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Proven experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.
