Job Description: As the Inside Sales Supervisor at Wellfit Technologies, you will lead our sales team towards achieving exceptional sales results. This role involves a blend of active sales duties, including deal closing and territory management, with the leadership of an inside sales team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles and executing strategies that lead to the closure of deals.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate an inside sales team to exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating high-value business opportunities.

• Actively engage in the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.

• Develop and implement closing strategies for high-profile accounts, including negotiations and finalizing deals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and capitalize on market trends.

• Train and mentor team members on effective sales and closing techniques.

• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, using insights to optimize sales strategies and practices.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales and achieving sales quotas.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
