Landscaping Supervisor

Responsible to oversee the entire grounds of the resort to include mowing, installation and trimming of trees and bushes, fertilization and irrigation for Westgate Branson Woods Resort.

As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise the mowing crew(s)
• Maintains time and production records
• Responsible to oversee the entire grounds of the resort to include mowing, installation and trimming of trees and bushes, fertilization and irrigation 
• Maintain all shrubs, trees and turf areas
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
• Regular attendance as scheduled is necessary

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; and vibration. The team member is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

• Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 50 pounds
• Horticultural degree preferred
• Must have knowledge of Missouri pest and diseases on turf and ornamentals
