Data Analyst

White Oak Partners LLC is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive our business decisions and enhance our operations. Your expertise will be essential in turning raw data into actionable insights, enabling us to optimize our strategies and improve client outcomes. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs, develop reports, and present data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities

• Gather and organize data from multiple sources to ensure comprehensive analysis.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to define business requirements for data analysis.
• Utilize statistical methods and data modeling techniques to enhance analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously monitor data quality and recommend improvements to data collection processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a business setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
