What You'll Do:

• Assemble and disassemble e-bikes with precision and attention to detail
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on e-bikes
• Perform routine maintenance on e-bikes to ensure optimal performance
• Assist customers with bike selection and provide product recommendations
• Maintain an organized and clean workshop area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, with a focus on e-bikes
• Knowledge of e-bike components and systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Union membership is a plus
