Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Deliveries

• Unload and load shipments, verifying product quantity and quality.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.

Bike Handling & Sorting

• Retrieve bikes from storage based on demand.
• Assist in loading/unloading bikes for transport.
• Prepare and assign bikes for repairs, removing accessories as needed.

Warehouse Organization & Equipment Use

• Keep the warehouse clean, labeled, and well-organized.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, material handling tools).
• Sort bikes based on model and repair status.

Quality Control & Safety

• Perform final quality checks on bikes before shipment.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long hours, and move between workstations.
• Attention to detail: Ensure quick and accurate bike handling for repairs.
• Safety awareness: Follow operational safety guidelines when handling equipment and materials.
• Basic e-bike knowledge (preferred but not required).
