About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Caller whose primary focus is ensuring that prospects attend their scheduled demo appointments. This role is exclusively responsible for making outbound calls to confirm demos and asking one or two key qualification questions.

Salary range: 20-30k PHP

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to confirm scheduled demo appointments with prospects.

- Ensure prospects are reminded of their demo, providing necessary details and answering basic questions.

- Ask 1-2 qualification questions during confirmation calls to assess prospect fit.

- Document and update call outcomes in the CRM system.

- Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding any scheduling updates or qualification insights.

- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or a related customer-facing role.

- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.

- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to conversations naturally.

- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot) and call tracking tools is a plus.
