Job Overview :

We are looking for a Frontend Web Developer to join our fast-paced, agile R&D environment, contributing to the development of talent management platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including ML/AI Engineers, product managers, and UX designers—to create end-to-end solutions that seamlessly integrate front-end interfaces with robust back-end architectures. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and the ability to iterate rapidly with minimal bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities :

UI/UX Design Excellence

- Own end-to-end UI/UX for AI-powered products— from wireframes to final polished designs.

- Create pixel-perfect, visually stunning designs optimized for real-world use.

- Develop and maintain design systems with scalable, reusable components.

Figma Mastery

- Build complex, interactive prototypes that feel as real as coded applications.

- Expert in auto-layout, component libraries, variants, and nested constraints.

- Utilize Figma plugins & advanced features for high-efficiency workflows.

User Research & Iteration

- Conduct user research and translate insights into seamless experiences.

- Rapidly iterate based on user feedback and A/B testing data.

- Prototype, test, refine—work directly with engineers to ship high-quality UI.

Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

- Obsess over details—from typography and micro-interactions to layout perfection.

- Push the limits of design innovation while balancing usability and performance.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Web or Software Engineer, ideally in an environment with rapidly evolving requirements. Experience building end-to-end, from 0 to 1 is strongly preferred: if you've built a startup before, this is the role for you!

Core Technical Skills

✅ 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience

✅ Portfolio of highly polished, real-world designs (preferably in SaaS or AI products)

✅ Figma Expert—you live inside Figma and know it inside out

✅ Strong grasp of user psychology, usability principles, and UX best practices

✅ Experience working with high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment

✅ Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end collaboration

✅ Bonus: Experience with AI-driven products, 3D design tools, or motion design

Soft Skills & Mindset

Collaboration: Excellent communicator able to work with cross-functional teams (ML, design, product, etc.).

Agility: Comfortable iterating rapidly in a minimal-bureaucracy environment.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose creative solutions.

This will be a remote role.
