We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Businesss Development department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

• Digital Marketing Alignment – Basic understanding of SEO and promotional campaigns to support business growth.

What Will You Do?

• Proactively source and negotiate partnerships with hotels, OTAs, and distribution channels through weekly meetings and contract discussions.
• Conduct performance reviews with existing partners to identify growth opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
• Increase market share by analyzing competitor activities and adjusting pricing/promotion strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and optimize daily pricing/availability on OTAs using dynamic pricing tools.
• Forecast demand to advise hotels on inventory allocation, minimizing over/underbooking risks.
• Analyze weekly sales reports, share insights with teams, and recommend actions to boost performance.
• Track customer feedback/complaints to drive service quality improvements with hotel partners.
• Lead daily/weekly planning meetings with your team to align on targets and priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to enhance digital campaigns (SEO, promotions, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, contract laws, and industry regulations.
