Junior CRM Specialist (Unica Developer)

WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a talented CRM Specialist (Unica Developer) to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects. In this role, you will ensure seamless campaign execution by working closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions that support marketing initiatives.

The main responsibilities will involve:

• Develop, configure, and maintain the Unica platform to support marketing and CRM campaigns
• Build and deploy custom Unica scripts, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Unica environment, ensuring platform stability and performance

• Optimize data structures

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering. Relative postgraduate degree will be considered an asset

Desired Experience and skills:

• At least 1 year experience in SQL
• Knowledge of CRM Software will be considered as an asset
• Experience in Unica Software will be considered as a strong asset
• Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages such as Java, C++, or Python
