Alinea Medical Spa, located in the heart of Manhattan, NYC, is seeking a dedicated MedSpa Practice Manager to join the growing team.

What Will You Do?
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee clinic workflow, manage room turnovers, supply orders, and ensure smooth scheduling and adherence to SOPs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage aestheticians, front desk staff, nurses, and medical assistants. Handle training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Patient Experience: Ensure a VIP-level patient journey from initial contact through post-treatment follow-ups, addressing concerns and maintaining five-star reviews.
- Sales & Growth: Guide the team on consult-to-book conversions, upsells, and membership sales while monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
- Compliance & Inventory: Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and NYC health regulations are met. Manage provider licenses, vendor relationships, and stock orders.
- Scheduling Optimization: Keep provider calendars balanced and fully booked while minimizing cancellations and coordinating with marketing for promos.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with financial reporting, expense tracking, and identifying opportunities for profitability improvements.
- Equipment & Vendor Management: Ensure medical and aesthetic equipment is maintained and functional, negotiate vendor pricing, and maintain stock levels.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing agancy for promotions and campaigns. Collect content for social media, including before/after photos and client reviews.
- Training & Education: Organize training sessions, track CEU credits, and ensure staff is up-to-date on best practices.
- Tech Oversight: Be the point of contact for EMR/POS/CRM systems.
- Reputation Management: Maintain a polished digital presence by responding to reviews and identifying areas for service improvements.
- 2+ years of experience managing a medical spa, similar aesthetic/wellness clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, Business Administration/Management, Nursing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Sales-minded and data-driven, with the ability to motivate staff toward revenue goals.

- Certifications such as CMPE, CHM, CHC, or related.
- Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
