GROWTH MARKETER (Work from anywhere in the world)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer with a strong focus on customer acquisition (Ads & Content) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate should have experience running performance marketing campaigns, optimizing user funnels, and leveraging automation tools to scale growth efficiently. You should have hands-on experience with Make.com, Zapier, and other automation platforms, as well as a working knowledge of JSON & Python to manipulate data and automate workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic content strategies to drive high-quality traffic.

• Content Strategy & Copywriting: Develop and execute content strategies (written & video) for ad campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, and organic content to engage and convert users.

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize landing pages, funnels, and user journeys to improve conversion rates through A/B testing and behavioral insights.

• Marketing Automation: Use platforms like Make.com, Gumloop, and other workflow automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.

• Tech & Data Handling: Utilize JSON & Python to manipulate data, set up API integrations, and automate reporting.

• Data-Driven Growth: Leverage analytics tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and refine marketing strategies based on data insights.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in growth Marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, and paid advertising.

• Proven experience in customer acquisition (Ads & Content) and CRO.

• Strong understanding of content strategy (written & video) and copywriting for performance marketing.

• Expertise in Make.com, Zapier, and other automation platforms.

• Working knowledge of JSON & Python for marketing automation and data handling.

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and growth hacking techniques.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and run A/B testing for optimization.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilize and or download company-approved software.

• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on EST or PST

• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks.

• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
