Business Analyst

With Intelligence is searching for a talented Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team.

As a Business Analyst at With Intelligence, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between the business needs and technology solutions. You will work with various teams to collect and analyze data, document processes, and help shape the requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing ones.

You will play a crucial role in driving improvements to our services by providing analytical support and delivering recommendations that will enhance efficiency and performance.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related field.
• Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in financial services or data-driven environments would be highly beneficial.
