Payroll Specialist - 6 Month FTC

With Intelligence is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist for a six-month fixed-term contract to support our payroll operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our staff. You will manage payroll records, handle employee queries, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in payroll administration within a global environment and possess a strong understanding of compliant payroll practices, including GDPR and SOX.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the complete payroll cycle for all employees, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and deductions.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees with professionalism and clarity.
• Ensure compliance with current payroll laws and regulations, proactively making adjustments to processes as necessary.
• Prepare, review, and submit payroll-related reports to relevant authorities.
• Collaborate closely with the HR and finance teams for accurate payroll integration.
• Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information.

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
• Thorough knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ADP payroll software is an asset.
• Relevant certifications in payroll or HR management would be a plus.
