SUMMARY

As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels and types. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, and ABM, you will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Coordinate the end-to-end execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including email building, segmentation, list processing, landing page creation, Salesforce and Marketo campaign creation, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.
Set up campaign workflows, schedules, and automation processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
Manage marketing data including segmentation, list management, and database hygiene to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support onboarding and enablement of team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You have 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or similar roles.
You’re proficient in Marketo and Salesforce
You have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
