Technical Product Content Specialist (m/f/d)

Now, we are looking for a Technical Product Content Specialist to enable successful product adoption for our customers by creating clear documentation for operators, IT admins, and integration partners, and being the link to our product marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams, Project Leads, Product Manager, and Product Marketing.

As a Technical Product Content Specialist, you will be responsible for our technical documentation platform ProGlove Documentation. You will join an established agile organisation willing to continuously improve, welcoming you to be part of our future growth. Your day-to-day will also consist mainly of these topics:

• Communicating with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive technical documentation for our newest products & features
• Ensuring technical documentation following the Releases of our Solutions
• Reviewing user feedback to suggests relevant edits to existing technical documentation
• Suggesting changes to the methodologies & processes related to the Technical Documentation
• Establish and refine documentation workflows including the tooling
• Participates and gives input to the development team during development taking the user perspective
• Collaborating with the Product Marketing team to translate features & products into value-based messaging
• Support Product Marketing to create customer-facing product/feature materials

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies: 

• Proficiency in documentation tools and experience with version control systems
• Familiarity with enterprise level documentation tools (API, GIT, XML, HTML, source control)
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple, clear language and utilizing proper visualizations if necessary
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with some guidance
• Proficient Proof reading level and editing skills
• Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of technical writing best practices and information architecture
• Understanding of B2B personas and user journeys
