This is a new role within the Marketing team to assist in the delivery of the firm’s marketing plan and communications including; implementing a range of campaigns across different marketing channels, creating of a range of marketing material to support the business development process and supporting business development teams in the delivery high quality bid documents and presentations.
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in helping us attract and win new clients by delivering a range of marketing activity within agreed marketing plans for the firm, creating content for a wide range of channels. They will collaborate closely with other members of the Marketing team and senior fee-earners across all service lines of the business, assisting them in their business development activities.
Creating content for various marketing channels including; web, social, PR and email marketing.
Supporting Business Development teams in the production of a variety of sales collateral.
Assisting with the production of tenders, presentations and business development collateral.
Assisting in managing the supply chain in implementing the above, including external designers and other agencies where appropriate.
Communicating internally on marketing & business development activity, including through the firm’s intranet, The Hub.
Supporting the delivery of client events.
Providing ad-hoc support to other Marketing activities of the firm.
You will develop a good knowledge and understanding of the real estate marketplace, our services and the competitor landscape.
The successful candidate will be proactive, with a 'can do' attitude, can work autonomously and within a team.
Excellent communications skills and a presence to collaborate with senior fee-earners. A high degree of attention of detail is paramount.
Experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally real estate or professional services is preferred.
Generalist knowledge across a range of marketing channels.
Project management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects under pressure with a relentless attention to detail.
Experience of working as part of teams involved in pitching for and winning work.
Ideally you will have experience of using WordPress (or other CMS) and Canva (or other design) tools.
£35,000 - £40,000
