Marketing Manager

WorldVia seeks a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our innovative and rapidly growing team. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and sell an incredible range of travel products and services through our network of independent travel entrepreneurs (WorldVia Travel Network). You will work closely with our team to drive revenue growth and ensure our brand message effectively reaches our target audience. As a critical team member, you can shape our marketing strategy and contribute to decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and events
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and presentations
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel business owners and travel advisors

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
