The Role
As our Social Media Manager for LATAM, you'll lead and execute our social media presence across Latin American markets. You will develop localized strategies, produce engaging Spanish content, manage paid advertising campaigns, and actively build our vibrant poker community. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, LATAM, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Demonstrable passion and knowledge of poker, including familiarity with LATAM poker communities.
- Proven experience managing and growing social media channels with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in social media metrics and reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive independently in a remote, flexible, and dynamic work environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to LATAM markets, boosting engagement, follower growth, and brand recognition.
- Create, schedule, and publish compelling, culturally relevant content in Spanish and Portuguese across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Coordinate closely with our in-house creative team to produce multimedia content including graphics, videos, live streams, and promotional materials.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Cultivate an active poker community by promptly responding to audience interactions, managing feedback, and proactively engaging with community members.
- Monitor and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions, ROI) to continually refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, CRM, Creative, Customer Support) to align social media initiatives with broader business and product strategies.
- Stay informed of regional poker trends, competitor activities, emerging social platforms, and best practices to continuously innovate and adapt.
