Our Purpose
At Xero, we’re here to help you supercharge your business. We do this by automating routine tasks, surfacing actionable insights and connecting businesses with the right data, advisors and apps. When that happens, we’re not only making life better for small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
As a member of the Business Operations team, your primary focus is on Design Operations and will involve connecting Design to Xero's operational nervous system. This integration will empower senior leaders to implement Xero’s strategy and deliver customer value.
You will make an impact working with a team of Operations Managers, across our geographically dispersed Design teams. You’ll thrive working across a broad portfolio and with a range of diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships with a keen ability to zone in on the most important opportunities.
