Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for the development team. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help ensure that business processes are optimized and that solutions are aligned with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and use cases for the development team.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business case creation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

• Experience with Business Requirements Gathering, Information System Management, Process Flow Documentation, and Business Process Modelling
• Agile Experience
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and SQL

Base Salary

Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation in the Tier 1 & Tier 2 regions is expected to be as follows:

Tier 1: $100,000 -$112,000

Tier 2: $95,000 -$105,000
