As a key member of our team, the Associate Sales Operations Analyst will be instrumental in driving new customer acquisition and supporting deal closures. This role is a blend of strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where adaptability, collaboration, and innovation are essential. The Analyst will focus on generating actionable insights, streamlining processes, and providing critical support to accelerate our sales efforts and expand our customer base.
What You'll Do
-Provide timely analytics and insights to sales reps and managers to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and close deals.
-Collaborate closely with sales teams to target new customer prospects, optimize account strategies, and support the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
-Proactively identify and address operational challenges, implementing creative solutions that improve workflows and support scalability.
-Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across sales operations.
-Flexibly contribute to a variety of initiatives, including CRM optimization, data analysis, and sales enablement materials, while wearing multiple hats as needed.
-Own Salesforce-related operations, ensuring data accuracy and creating actionable reports for the team.
-Share insights, best practices, and process improvements to foster collaboration and consistency across the organization.
-Assist in account and territory planning to support strategic growth objectives and help prioritize high-value opportunities.
