As a Part-time Client Experience Agent at Yardzen, you’ll help clients get the most out of our service. You’ll support customer education, identify experience trends, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve and scale how we serve our community. This is a great role for someone eager to contribute across a fast-growing company.


Client Support & Communication Responsibilites:
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to design, deliverables, and timelines, escalating when needed.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through clear, proactive communication at every stage of the Yardzen experience.
  • Collaborate with Design, Build, and Operations teams to deliver a smooth and consistent client journey.
  • Serve as the voice of the client by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to help improve our products and services.


Process & Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Track client progress through key project milestones and proactively address any roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Set and manage client expectations by clearly explaining Yardzen’s process, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Use internal tools (CRM, ticketing systems, project management platforms) to manage client cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Monitor and share emerging trends and recurring issues in the client experience.
  • Support internal reporting by contributing insights on client satisfaction, escalations, and process inefficiencies.


Content Development & Customer Education Responsibilites:
  • Identify common client questions and pain points to help develop and improve educational content, FAQs, email templates, and proactive communication tools.Collaborate with the CX team to enhance self-service resources that help clients navigate the Yardzen experience with confidence.


About you:
  • Available to work 20–25 hours per week, including Saturdays (PST hours required).
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized — it shows in everything you do.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator; kind, clear, and effective with clients.
  • Motivated by completing tasks and moving through a to-do list.
  • Experienced with CRM systems (Zendesk preferred).
  • Comfortable creating and managing processes independently.
  • Skilled at multitasking and solving problems with minimal oversight.
  • Adaptable and energized by fast-paced, startup environmentsPassionate about outdoor living and educating homeowners on sustainable yard solutions

$20 - $23 an hour
