About The Role:
Are you a data-driven professional passionate about optimizing sales processes?
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to help streamline revenue operations and improve sales performance. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to refine workflows, improve data accuracy, and drive efficiency in a high-growth environment.
This is a fully remote role based in India. We expect some hours of overlap with US East Coast time. In general, we expect some overlap with U.S. work hours, and we require greater flexibility and overlap during the first few weeks of training and onboarding. More details on work-hour expectations will be shared during the recruiting process.
As Our Sales Operations Associate You Will:
- Implement processes and solutions that can streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure that the Sales teams are operating seamlessly through data evaluation and by improving workflows
- Maintain and measure various components of the Sales process such as
- Target & Territory Management: Ensure proper account distribution among the team
- ICP Expansion: Refine and expand our Ideal Customer Profile to improve targeting
- Outbound Cadence Operations: Optimize outreach strategies to increase conversion rates
You Are Likely To Succeed If:
- You have 2+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of sales processes and data-driven decision-making.
- You are committed to continuous learning and development - both for yourself and those around you.
- You demonstrate a high aptitude for organization, process development, project management, and analytics.
- You are a natural problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and spotting issues.
- You have advanced Excel skills.
- You have hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce.
- You have previous experience with SQL and data management and are willing to master it.

- The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be ₹12,45,000 - 16,60,000 (INR). The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
