Are you passionate about working at the interface of banking operations and technology? As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll be working cross-functionally with awesome colleagues in other departments to directly support our Head of Legal & Operations. You will be responsible for monitoring our day-to-day operations, analyzing operational data, establishing internal capabilities on technological tools, supporting our banking processes while coordinating ad-hoc operational measures to keep our business running.

Main tasks 

• Oversee and monitor daily banking and IT operations, including employee onboarding, ensuring seamless processes and technology support 

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to analyze operational challenges and implement mitigation measures 

• Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance processes, and integrate innovative IT tools, including acting as the Product Owner for IT tools  

• Consolidate, analyze and visualize organizational data and to ensure transparency within the organization 

• Assist with operational financial planning, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks that ensure alignment with broader company goals 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a related field 

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations or Project Management within the financial services industry 

• Strong knowledge of banking processes, payment systems or similar financial operations 

• Experience with project management methodologies and process optimization 

• Fluent in French or German together with English; additional language skills are a plus 

• Excellent analytical skills 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders 

• Solution-oriented mindset with a high level of initiative 

• You like working in a team   

• You have a proactive and “can do” attitude
