Joining us as our Mātanga Pirihongo CRM me te Tuku Loyalty CRM & Offer Specialist will see you involved in creating world class loyalty experiences. We have some pretty exciting mahi happening with the recent launch of Z Rewards and lots more is planned – this is where you come in!

Using your combination of marketing knowledge and understanding of data you will create deeply personalised campaigns, manage our agency relationships and work right across the Z business.

Joining a loyalty team your demonstrated experience will be put to great use as you take the lead on delivery, make the call on prioritisation and manage internal stakeholders. Keen to know more?

This role can be based in either Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.

You will have the opportunity to

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, including email and digital,
• Track, measure and understand the effectiveness of offers and campaign activity and refine to improve customer retention, growth and ultimately, customer lifetime value
• Support the Loyalty Offer Manager and Z Loyalty Marketing Manager on the development and implementation of Z’s loyalty programme marketing and communications
• Manage our agency partners day to day including Work in Progress meetings, tracking the budget and providing updates to the Loyalty Offer Manager
• Be at the forefront of Z’s industry rewards programme, Z Rewards!

What you’ll bring to Z

• Proven experience in data driven marketing and marketing automation, the ability to deliver effective personalised marketing campaigns to achieve tactical and strategic outcomes 
• Strong agency and stakeholder management skills, the ability to partner effectively to deliver on time and on budget outcomes while providing the needed communications
• Experience with Salesforce would be ideal as well as an openness to embrace new technologies
• The ability to effectively understand and action insights balanced with creating emotional connections in our campaigns
• Excellent prioritisation skills, we are working at pace and priorities will change quickly – you will need to be nimble and have the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise as needed
• A drive for success and to contribute to a world class loyalty programme at Z

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
