ABOUT THE JOB
This role is an Analytics Intern in a communications world – straddling the intersection between numbers and messages. Daily, you’ll help your clients leverage data to best tell their story in a creative, clear, and concise way.
The Analytics Intern will assist the Data & Intelligence team with their respective accounts, as well as support the broader agency in new business initiatives. They will work in tandem with a cross-disciplinary group of digital specialists, planners, and strategists to help execute the best programs for their clients. They will learn the ins and outs of setting the data strategy and execution of said plan for some of the biggest brands in the world.
This person must:
Be Highly Organized: There are a lot of moving pieces and various deadlines, someone who is intrinsically motivated to stay organized and keep things straight will be highly valuable to the team.
Be a Self-Starter: Someone who loves tackling challenges head on and takes initiative frequently will not miss a beat with this crowd.
Love Technology: An aptitude for and general interest in technology will go a long way in success for this role.
Think Critically: Sometimes the simplest solution is in fact the correct one.
Be Fearless: You’re not going to know everything and that’s okay.
Be Willing to Laugh: We have a lot of fun and we hope you would too.
