Job Title: Data & Reporting Analyst

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: M-F 7-4 EST w/ 1 hr lunch OR M-F 7-3:30 EST w/ 30 min lunch

Description:

• Generate and deliver accurate and timely client-facing contractual reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Produce internal business reports to assist Operations in decision-making and performance tracking.
• Utilize SQL, Power BI, and company source systems to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements and ensure reporting needs are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the reporting function.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 – 3 years of professional experience in a reporting or data analysis role
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical aptitude; enjoys problem solving
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders
• Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor to work well with teammates and business partners
• High degree of integrity and ability to exercise sound judgement
• Creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
