Main Purpose of Job ๐Ÿง
As a Senior SDR, youโ€™ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by building a robust sales pipeline. Your focus will be on identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities, ensuring our AE team has everything they need to close deals. Key Responsibilities ๐Ÿ”‘

  • Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to prospective clients. ๐Ÿ“ณ
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships teams for partner pints, events, and other joint initiatives.
  • Perform detailed account research. ๐Ÿ“–
  • Leverage MEDPIC methodology to qualify leads. ๐Ÿง 
  • Participate in SDR weekly training sessions and demo debriefs with Sales.
  • Use sales tools such as Outreach and Hubspot effectively.

Experience & Background ๐Ÿœ๏ธ

  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 months as an SDR.
  • Relevant Companies: Sales-driven organisations with strong SDR frameworks.


Essential Hard Skills Needed for The Role: ๐Ÿ’ก

  1. Organisation โ€“ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  2. Coach-ability โ€“ Open to learning and applying feedback.
  3. Cold Calling โ€“ Proven experience with successful cold-calling techniques.
  4. Cold Emailing โ€“ Skilled at crafting impactful and personalised email outreach.


Desirable Hard Skills ๐Ÿš€

  1. Familiarity with MEDPIC methodology.
  2. Experience using Hubspot or Outreach.
  3. Ability to analyse sales data for pipeline optimisation.
  4. Basic understanding of cross-functional sales strategies.

Salary ๐Ÿ’ฐ

    • ยฃ36,000 + ยฃ10,000 Commission

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.

Interview Process ๐Ÿคฉโšก๏ธ๐Ÿ’Ž

  1. One-Sided Video Interview:
    • Conducted via a pre-recorded session. Questions will focus on motivations and SDR best practices.
  2. 30-Minute Video Interview:
    • With Balvin (SDR Manager) and Ali (Team Member).
  3. Final Stage (In-Person, 1โ€“1.5 hours):
    • Task presentation and panel interview with Balvin, Frances, and Alastair.
